posted about a pair of ABC Family pilots that had cast their lead roles. Well, yesterday ABC Family ordered 3 of their pilots to series, and one of them was
The Nine Lives of Chloe King, which is based on the novels of the same name written by Celia Thomson.
Nine Lives follows Chloe King, a teenager with heightened abilities (super speed, agility, hearing…claws) who discovers she’s being pursued by a mysterious figure. The show has been given a 10 episode order, which includes the pilot, and is set to air sometime later this year.
Also, although not ordered to series, it seems that the pilot for
The Lying Game is still being considered, but will likely undergo budget and casting changes. As always I will keep you updated on all the latest production news.

No way! I remember reading Chloe King years ago and I always thought there would be more books (to go with each of her 'lives'). I had no idea they would be making a show, that is too cool!
ReplyDeleteAnd I haven't read the Lying Game but it sounds interesting enough. I guess if Pretty Little Liars has become a hit, maybe this one will too?
